Digital Futures is a specialised programme funded by the Greater London Authority that aims to move participants from digital literacy to digital fluency, with the opportunity to conceptualise, design, brand and protype their own digital products. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their creative ideas into designs and prototypes, and these might include websites, mobile apps, e-magazines, online shops, podcasts, portfolios or showreels and blogs amongst others. This training will serve as a precursor to digital work-experience and enabling portfolio and CV development in the creative media sector.
The programme will be free of charge and it is aimed at young Londoners between 18 and 24 years of age with or without previous experience in digital environments. The training will last 6 weeks and will be delivered between April and August 2021.
